Project Coordinator – Full Time / Immediate Start

Due to our current and project workloads, we are have an immediate availability for an experienced Project Coordinator with resources sector experience. This is a full time opportunity reporting our Drawing Office Manager and requires the incumbent to be confident coordinating workflow within a cohesive design team whilst maintaining confidence with our end client through reporting on RFI’s, Project Scoping, Program Deliverables etc.

Ideally the candidate will come with

• Design office experience focussed on Industrial or Resources sector
• Understanding of Documentation Control processes
• Exceptional communication skills
• Computer literacy across MS Office suite
• Experienced in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD would be looked upon favourably

Cadgile is a growing, dynamic and innovative design and drafting consultancy based 15 minutes from Adelaide’s CBD with a strong outlook of future works. This in turn is an excellent foundation in which to grow professionally whilst working alongside leading industry professionals.

This will suit a candidate who has design drafting, project administration and/or documentation control experience and looking for an opportunity to work within a growing business supporting blue chip ASX listed client.

Some FIFO requirements will be assumed based on the clients input, however Cadgile maintains a full furnished accommodation and company vehicle for this use. All work related expenses are covered by the company during these periods.
