We were engaged by Pinnacle Puzzles to develop a wooden prototype into a product that can be mass produced via injection moulding.

This included design interlocking, and ‘snap hook’ features suitable for injection moulding and mass production. We also created a drawing package for patent application purposes, liaised with suppliers, supported materials selection, and created assembly process diagrams.

We successfully helped our customer establish a brand-new business. Pinnacle Puzzles have patented their IP in one jurisdiction and are in the exploration phase in more than 10 other jurisdictions.
